To further strengthen the supervision and management of medical devices, ensure the safety and effectiveness of medical devices, promote the high-quality development of the industry, and better meet the people’s demand for high-quality medical devices, in accordance with the legislation plan of the National People’s Congress Standing Committee, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) has studied and drafted the Medical Device Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China (Draft for Comments) and is now soliciting public comments. Welcome active participation and comments from all sectors of society. The NMPA will carefully review and incorporate the suggestions received. For issues of common concern, the NMPA will organize seminars, exchanges, and special research and demonstrations. Feedback on comments can be provided through the following channels and methods:

　　1. Email feedback to zfsfgc@nmpa.gov.cn. When sending an email, please indicate “Feedback on Public Comments on the Medical Device Administration Law” in the subject of the email.

　　2. Mail to the Department of Policies and Regulations of NMPA (No. 1 Beiluyuan, Zhanlan Road, Xicheng District, Beijing, zip code 100037). The envelope should be marked with the words “Feedback on Public Comments on the Medical Device Administration Law”.
